  • To have a minimum net worth of $600,000 CAD
  • To have $300,000 CAD liquid
  • To have a minimum investment of $250,000 CAD and physically live in New Brunswick
  • To pay a Refundable Deposit of $100,000 CAD to the Government of New Brunswick as Deposit
  • Minimum 65 Points out of 100 in province qualification pointing system

Skilled Worker with Family Support:

In this way, the applicant can apply for immigration through the support of a close relative who has been resident in New Brunswick for at least 12 consecutive months and is a Canadian citizen or a permanent residence of Canada , and who has no financial affiliation with the Government of Canada.

In this program the only people who have been graduated or they are working in New Brunswick can apply with following requirements :

  • Minimum 67 points out of 100 in Federal Skilled Worker Category .The applicant must register in Federal Express Entry and got the profile number.
  • Language Skill with the minimum of CLB 7

The Atlantic Pilot Plan

This plan is specially applied for the Skilled people and International Graduated Students who tend to live in following Provinces:

) New Brunswick

) Newfoundland and Labrador

) Nova Scotia

) Prince Edward Island

 

In this plan, there must be a Job Offer from an Employer in Atlantic Province.It is predicted there will be about 2,000 applicants who will be accepted in this plan in 2017.

Who can apply (for the applicant out of Canada ):

  • Work Experience

1- Minimum 1 year ( 1,560 hours or 30 hours a week ) experience within the last 3 years that can be full or part time.The work experience must only be in one specific occupation (but can be with many employers).

2- There must be salary for such occupation (the volunteer and training jobs are not qualified ).

3- Should be classified in group O,B,A or C in National Occupation Classification (NOC).

  • Education

The foreign educational document can be : Diploma or any Training Certificate that has to be evaluated in Canadian educational system before the application.

  • Job Offer

It must be offered from known employers in one of the Atlantic provinces and can not be a seasonal job.The job offer for high skilled worker must be in group O,A,B with minimum of one year contract.

For the intermediate skilled worker, it must be in Group O,B,A or C and must be a permanent contract.

  • Language Skill

Minimum CLB 4 is required

  • Proof of fund

The applicant must prove that he/she is able to afford the expenses after the immigration and it may vary regarding to the number of members in his/her family whether they immigrate or not.
